FC Fredericia is a Danish professional football club, from the town of Fredericia. The club plays in the Danish 1st Division. The club was established in 1991 as a professional part of Fredericia forenede Fodboldklubber (literally: Fredericia United) and Fredericia KFUM. In 2003, Fredericia fF pulled out of the project, so as of 2003 it is a professional part of Fredericia KFUM. In autumn 2005, they won the first edition of the Fionia Bank Cup, leading the two other clubs Kolding FC and Vejle BK on goal-difference.

Fredericia is a town located in Fredericia Municipality in the southeastern part of the Jutland peninsula in Denmark. The city is part of the Triangle Region, which includes the neighbouring cities of Kolding and Vejle. It was founded in 1650 by Frederick III, after whom it was named.
