London Mavericks

London Mavericks is an English netball team originally based at the University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield. Their senior team plays in the Netball Superleague. In 2005–06 they were founder members of the league. They were Superleague champions in 2007–08 and 2011. Due to various sponsorship deals and partnership arrangements, the team has played under several different names. Between 2005–06 and 2008–09 they played as Galleria Mavericks. Between 2009–10 and 2017 they played as Hertfordshire Mavericks. During this era they were also referred to as University of Hertfordshire Mavericks. During the 2018 season they played as benecosMavericks. They became Saracens Mavericks in 2019 after forming a partnership with the rugby union club, Saracens F.C.. They adopted their current name ahead of the 2025 season.
Manchester Thunder

Manchester Thunder are part of the Netball Superleague, which consists of the top ten netball teams in England, Scotland and Wales. The club is located in Manchester. They finished third in the 2017 Netball Superleague season, beating Team Bath in the third-place play off, were runners-up in 2016 to Surrey Storm and third in the 2015 Netball Superleague season, beating Yorkshire Jets 55-49 in the 3rd-place playoff. Thunder's Director of Netball and Head Coach is Karen Greig , who previously worked as assistant coach at Thunder under previous Head Coach Dan Ryan. Ryan was appointed in June 2015 after previous coach Tracey Neville was appointed manager of the England national netball team. The club's home court is the Wright Robinson Sports College, which is known as The Thunderdome when hosting Manchester Thunder matches. The club won the annual Mike Greenwood Trophy three times in a row between 2012-2014, before losing to Team Bath in the 2015 edition.
